The idea

Acclaimedly is a structured, public record of who recommends whom, written by named people with profiles of their own. It is built to be read and quoted by answer engines as much as by people, which is why every claim on it is a complete dated sentence rather than a badge, and why the method behind the score is published rather than merely described.

An anonymous review is cheap to fake, and now cheap to generate. A recommendation that carries the name of the person who wrote it is neither.

Where it is up to

Early. The product is being built and is not yet open to the public. We would rather say that plainly than put a number on this page that flatters us, and we are glad to go through the detail with anyone who is seriously interested.
