Look after your clients’ profiles from one place
For marketing and digital agencies. Edit your clients’ profiles, invite their recommendations, put them on a paid plan and send each a monthly report. The client keeps the profile, and decides what you can do with it.
How it works
- Step 1
Start your agency
Sign in, name the agency, and you are its owner. Invite colleagues as owners or editors.
- Step 2
Invite a client
We email them a link. They sign in, choose their business profile or create one, read exactly what you can and cannot do, and decide.
- Step 3
They are on a plan
Giving you access takes one of your free seats, cheapest plan first, so the profile is on it straight away. Move it between plans, or release it, whenever you like.
- Step 4
Work on their profile
From your client list, open any client's profile and edit it as they would. They see when you last changed it.
- Step 5
Report every month
One page per client per month, under your name or ours, printable or saved as a PDF, and emailed to the client in the first days of the month if you choose.
What your agency can do on a client’s profile
You can
- Edit every section of the profile, including products, photos, offers and staff
- Send recommend-me invitations for the client, and see their dashboard figures
- Request verification of their details and credentials
You cannot
- Write, edit or remove recommendations
- Read messages people send them through the profile
- Act in networking for them
- Change how they sign in, close their account, or stop them removing your access
The client reads the same before they give you access, and can see it in their profile afterwards.
Seat prices
A seat puts one client’s profile on a paid plan. The more seats you hold across all plans, the less each costs. Prices are per seat, a month, in US dollars.

More than 50 clients, or a group of agencies. Tell us roughly how many clients and which plans, and we will come back with a price.
Questions
- Who owns the profile?
- The client, always. They give your agency access and can remove it at any time. Nothing on the profile is deleted when either of you ends the arrangement.
- Can our staff recommend a client?
- No. A paid relationship is exactly what a recommendation must not be. While you look after a business, your staff cannot recommend it, and anything they had already recommended about it is hidden until the arrangement ends.
- Does a seat change a client's score or ranking?
- No. A seat is a plan, and no plan adds points or buys a ranking. The score is built from recommendations and the verified profile behind them.
- What happens when a seat is released?
- The client keeps the plan to the end of that month, then goes back to the plan they pay for themselves, or to Starter. If the arrangement ends, the seat comes back to you at once.
- Does the client pay us or you?
- You pay Acclaimedly for the seats you hold. Whatever you charge your clients is between you and them.
