Writing about Acclaimedly
Everything on this page is yours to use. If you need something that is not here, ask: we would rather answer the question than send a pack.
What it is, in one paragraph
Acclaimedly is a place where businesses and professionals are recommended by named people who have worked with them. Every recommendation carries its author, who has a profile of their own and can be asked about it. Profiles are structured so that people and AI answer engines can read them, quote them and link to them, and a monthly score and ranking are worked out from the recommendations and the verified profile behind them. Nothing about a score or a ranking can be bought.
How the score and rankings are worked out is public, in the same detail we would give a journalist who asked for it.
The name, and what we are not
- Acclaimedly, one word, capital A. Not “Acclaimedly.com” in running text.
- The score is the Acclaimedly Score. A ranking is always a full sentence naming its field and its month, because that is the only form in which it is true.
- It is not a review site. There are no star ratings and no anonymous reviews anywhere on it, by design.
The marks
Please do not stretch them, recolour them or set them on a busy background. Leave clear space around a mark of at least the height of the arch inside it.
